實習第九天；小鎮生活也來到第692天。
實習逐漸步入熟悉，累積的工作成果也邁向了一個督導里程碑，便越引發思考活躍。

督導與實務工作兩層次的回應，內外兼具。
很開心被回饋在專業的成長上明顯變化，而潛藏不合理性念的焦慮被看清楚後，反證修正了合宜的想法。並更具體的找到一些嘗試的方法，以及，再度練習支持性心理治療。

向內走的舒適圈，看來已經走到另一個位置了，已經從上一個階段，到如今；然我知道，舒適圈之外的舒適圈依然存在。所以，Keep going，如同歌詞說的停下中止，移動到下一個階段。
